We take appropriate measures to provide details / pricing of our Services are presented as clearly as possible on our Website however we cannot guarantee that the Services as presented on our Website are an identical representation of the Services provided. You must promptly notify us if you discover a variance and are not satisfied with the Services provided to you.
MAKING A BOOKING
By making a booking with us, you make an offer to engage our Services as set out on our Website pursuant to this Services Agreement you agree:
• The Booking is for commercial purposes only.
• You have checked your Booking carefully before submitting it to DLH
• The details (personal, contact and address) are complete and accurate and they will be used by us to process your booking.
• You have not paid or attempted to make payment for a booking through unlawful means (fraudulent or that breaches the law).
• You cannot cancel your Booking once it has been submitting it without express agreement with DLH.
Our Cancellation Policy applies in these circumstances.
All Bookings are subject to acceptance and the availability of DLH.
We reserve the right to accept or reject a Booking without giving reason.
Once you submit your Booking, you have entered into a binding agreement with DLH.
AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to keep our Website updated, however, we may be unavailable at the time your Booking is submitted.
If we are unavailable for your Booking and we cannot meet the requirements of your Booking, we will inform you in respect of the unavailability.
In the event the Website contains a genuine error in pricing, description, image or other inaccuracies, we reserve the right to refuse to fulfil your order, cancel your Booking in respect of the unavailability
PRICING AND PAYMENT
Any prices displayed on our Website are in Australian Dollars (“AUD”). For all Services supplied within Australia, GST is payable on our Services.
Payment for Services may be made via this Website at the time you make your Booking (where such facility is activated). Payment Methods we welcome include AMEX, Visa, Mastercard and Pay-pal.
In the event payment cannot be processed or where we consider that the payment is unlawful, we reserve our right to cancel the Booking.
We take reasonable care to secure the information you provide to us, including those presented during your purchase, (“DLH does not store any financial information once transaction is completed”) and however we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with unauthorised access by a third-party.
We can only provide you with estimates of delivery dates or times. We will not be liable for any loss or damage through any delay beyond our control.
VARIATION
We reserve the right to amend these T&Cs at our sole discretion from time to time without notice.
WAIVER
If you breach these T&Cs, we reserve our rights to seek redress and remedy. A failure or delay by DLH to enforce or exercise its rights under the T&Cs is not a waiver of that right and does not prevent DLH from taking action unless the waiver is expressly set out in writing.
ASSIGNMENT
Without prior written consent from DLH, you must not assign any of your rights and obligations under these T&Cs.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use and access of this Website in the event of a breach of the T&Cs.
